CLOUD ON TAP ANNOUNCES EXPANSION AT CHARLESTON TECH CENTER

Charleston, South Carolina – February 17, 2022 – The Charleston Digital Corridor (CDC) is pleased to announce that Cloud On Tap, a Salesforce implementation partner, has expanded their office at the Charleston Tech Center. The company, previously operating at the Flagship @ the Charleston Tech Center, has experienced rapid growth over the past 12 months and is now positioned to take on additional staff to fulfill their mission.

“The transition to our new office at the Charleston Tech Center has been seamless, thanks to the unprecedented level of service from the Charleston Digital Corridor. With assistance from office furnishings to data services, Ernest and his team allowed us to focus on key business functions like recruiting and servicing our customers,” said Cloud on Tap CEO, Sikes Dorsey.

“The Lowcountry is fortunate to have a robust and growing tech community, which has excelled through our partnership with the Charleston Digital Corridor,” said Charleston County Economic Development Executive Director, Steve Dykes. “Charleston’s commitment to investing in business infrastructure to support the tech industry makes us more competitive in economic development and strengthens our marketability as we attract technology
companies. Cloud on Tap’s expansion is a testament to the level of service available in our community,” he added.

“Cloud on Tap represents the 200th alumni of the CDC’s Flagship tech-focused incubator. The concept behind the Charleston Tech Center was to allow companies to expand within the building footprint with minimal business disruption,” said CDC Director, Ernest Andrade. “Cloud on Tap represents the third company to expand within the first thirty days of 2022, a positive indication for what the year could look like,” he added.
