The company’s new regional hub represents a $400,000 capital investment and is expected to create three new jobs within the first year.
Charleston County is serving as the landing pad for ABA Automotive, leveraging the region’s robust logistics capabilities and the Port of Charleston for its North American hub. The company will operate from its new facility at 4500 Leeds Avenue, Suite 145F, in North Charleston, serving as a vital base for its North American operations. The site will focus on sales, warehousing, distribution, and customer support, ensuring efficient service for ABA’s OEM, OES, and aftermarket clients across the United States.
With over 40 years of experience, ABA Automotive is a full-range supplier of belt drive system components, renowned for engineering quality and product reliability. The company also has a strong tradition of supporting technical education and animal welfare, and plans to explore similar community initiatives in the Charleston area.
